Join us for our May Club Meeting on Thursday, May 13 at the Twin Lakes Shelter at the Twin Lakes Recreation Area (2500 Chapel Hill Rd, Columbia, MO 65203). Guests are always welcome and we encourage you to bring friends and family. We have several fun events planned before the meeting to be active and be social.
6:00pm– Trail Bike Ride- Meet at the Twin Lakes Shelter for a 60 mins (total) out and back bike ride on the trail.
6:30pm – Run – Meet at the Twin Lakes Shelter for a 30 mins (total) out and back run on the trail.
7:00pm – Dinner will be provided in individually wrapped packages.
7:30pm– Meeting begins. We will have guest speaker, Lawrence Simonson, CEO of PedNet, go over some bicycling road riding etiquette. As we move more into group rides and just more time out on the road as we train for races, this is a great reminder about how to keep us all safe out there!
