Join us for our June club meeting at the Leech Shelter at Cosmo-Bethel Park at 4500 Bethel St in Columbia.  NEW: We will host a transition clinic at 6:30pm. If you are a newbie, we’ll go over the basics of how to set up your transition. If you are more experienced and wanting to quicken your transitions, we’ll go over ways to do transitions FAST and get FREE TIME during your next triathlon. We’ll also have food and time to connect starting at 7pm with our meeting starting at 7:30pm.  We will have a special guest speaker on nutrition geared for the athlete.
