This all levels yoga class is open to everyone of all abilities, guys and gals! Certified yoga instructors, Michaela Marshall Dungey and Sarah Sandkuhl, will be leading the class.

Do I need to bring anything?
Please bring a yoga mat. If you don’t have one but would like to come we will have a couple extra mats.
