Our September Monthly Meeting will be Thursday, Sept. 8, at at the Happy Hollow shelter at Stephens Park. It’s one of the shelters off Broadway & nearest the playground. It’s going to be potluck style so if your last name begins with:
A-L: you bring an appetizers/side dish
M-Z: you bring a dessert
CMC: will pay for the main entree (meaty & vegetarian variety)
EVERYONE: BYOB
We are having our Jay Dix check presentation that night & the photo is going to be taken by none other than Casey Buckman Photography, a CMC sponsor. THANK YOU CASEY! This is our annual “team photo”/“family portrait” so please come!!!
Time correction on the photo: Due to scheduling issues the Ellis Fischel folks, we will not take the photo until 7:30 p.m. so please be there and ready to take the photo by 7:30 p.m. and we will begin the meeting and food immediately after.
Come early and bring your unused equipment and clothing! We will have our annual swap meet at this meeting so you can buy/sell some stuff.
We’re also bringing back the Golden Cowbell and we have a most worthy awardee as we always do!
And we will be talking about how we’re going to make fall so much fun and to end 2016 on a high note.
