CMC Meeting this Thursday July 12th at 7:30.
The board has an excellent meeting plan for you…. Awesome CMC KidZ event starting at 6:15p (includes Slip N Slide and running)… pasta dinner starting at 7:15 (provided by CMC all you need to bring is beverage of choice) and a great presentation!
CMC will be giving out 2 $25 gift cards to Ultramax Sports … the eligible participants are those who bring a friend. I know CMC members are always up for a challenge… so the Eboard is challenging you to bring 2 guest to the meeting. I promise your guest will not be disappointed…it will be TONS of fun.
Meeting will be held at Ultramax Sports headquarters:
Address is 15001 W. US Hwy 40, Rocheport MO.
I-70 West to Midway exit.
Exit at Midway onto Highway 40 (veering right)
Follow Highway 40 for about 8 miles. Remember, Mark and Amy live in Rocheport. You will feel like you are driving a long way.
Once you see Rocheport Gravel road on the right, you are almost there.
15001 will be on the right hand side. Ultramax Sports will have signs up to warn you.
CMC will have people directing you where to park. Mark and Amy will have plenty of tables and will have tents and shade, but you might want to bring a lawn chair or folding chair of some sort.
The Kids event will start at about 6:15pm (to allow extra travel time). Your child will get wet, so make sure they wear a suit and bring running shoes. There is a slip-n-slide involved that I anticipate will be active through the meeting….so even if you can’t come to the actual kids event, I would be prepared for them to want to go down.
